Locals Parking Program

Application & User Agreement

Up to 100 applicants who qualify as local residents may be eligible for this parking program. Applicants must have a valid drivers license (any state), valid vehicle registration (Wyoming) and show residence within Town of Jackson limits via a current rental lease or utility bill no more than 60 days old.

Locals Parking Program Rules (per Municipal Code)

No commercial vehicles, trailers, or oversized vehicles permitted.
Vehicles must move at least once every 30 days (30-day maximum stay).
Parking availability is not guaranteed.
No one may park on the roof between 3:00AM and 7:00AM from November 1-April 15.
Vehicles that exit the lot within 10 minutes of entry will not be charged.
Vehicle clearance is 7 feet. Vehicles taller than 7 feet high may not enter the garage.
Vehicles must display valid registration and license plates.
Dually vehicles use the Simpson entrance only.

Discount Terms

Discount Program is valid from issue date through April 16, 2025, and provide an 80% discount.
Discount is non-transferable and may only be used the vehicle verified by Town staff.
Abuse of this discount or use with an unverified vehicle violates this agreement.
A parking space is not reserved nor guaranteed for any individual or vehicle.

User AgreementBy submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that:

I have read, understand, and will comply with all program rules and the referenced Municipal Code.
Violation of any rule or term may result in:
- Immediate termination of my discount prior to April 16, 2025;
- Notification of termination via email; and
- Ineligibility to participate in future discount or pilot programs.
I understand that the Town of Jackson may modify or terminate this pilot program at its discretion.

I understand and agree to the Locals Parking Program Rules and User Agreement.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee I will receive a discount.

I understand that I must appear for in-person verification with a vehicle, WY license plate and registration, and valid driver's license to receive a discount.

I understand that I must choose an in-person verification appointment time more than 24 hours after I submit this application.

I understand that I must maintain the visibility of my rear license plate.
